Accommodation will be allocated on the first come, first served basis after the receipt of the registration and full advance payment.
The full payment of the accommodation before arrival is required according to Krakow hotels' policy during the high season in June and July when all hotels' are overbooked.
Without the payment, the booking will not be processed.
